Maple 3.3.9 makes Quick the default chat model for every plan and completes a major internal consolidation of Maple's SDK and local proxy.

• Makes Quick the default for all plans and migrates existing sticky model selections once so current users receive the new default.
• Brings the OpenSecret TypeScript and Rust SDKs plus maple-proxy into the Maple repository and switches Maple to those in-tree packages.
• Adds verified native maple-proxy archives for macOS, Linux x86_64, Linux arm64, and Windows to every Maple release.
• Adds model-catalog support to the Rust SDK.
• Promotes Cloudflare Pages production only after a successful stable release while preserving automatic pull-request previews.
• Restores best-effort Zapstore publishing and removes the obsolete in-app downloads page.
